Mama's Table was born from a simple idea: to share the food I love making for my own family with the people around me.
"For me, food is about much more than simply eating, it's about family, memories, celebrations and bringing people together around a table."
I'm Lucia, the face, hands (and very often the late nights!) behind Mama's Table. I'm Italian, living in Caerphilly, and cooking and baking have always been a huge part of my life. What started as a small home-based food business in September 2025 has grown into something I could never have imagined.
Today, Mama's Table creates handmade Italian-inspired food and desserts for our local community, private orders, events, markets and local businesses, and we even have our own little self-service Mama's Table Shed in Caerphilly.
Everything is made by me in small batches, with the same care I would put into something I was making for my own family. Mama's Table is proudly a small, independent local business and holds a 5 Food Hygiene Rating.

Nothing sits on a shelf. Every order is baked fresh, packed with care, and collected from our kitchen on your chosen date.
Quality Ingredients
Free-range eggs, real butter, Belgian chocolate, and carefully sourced flour and sugar. The good stuff, every time.
Fully Registered
Registered with Caerphilly council. 5/5 food hygiene rating. Full public liability insurance for complete peace of mind.
